Today is my blog’s 2nd birthday and that means it is time to kick-off the 2nd annual week of anniversary giveaways!
Don’t you just LOVE this time of year?
Today’s special foodie gadget giveaway is a favorite of mine: a classic Microplane hard cheese grater/zester! This gem of a gadget can be used for grating or zesting of chocolate, hard cheeses, citrus zest, coconut, ginger and garlic. I use mine everyday on my parmesan block.
I believe that any foodie’s life is not complete without one!

Hmmmm...why would I want one of those nifty gadgets? I would like to try adding more 'zesty' flavor into my cooking, but the real reason.....chocolate!!!! Oh what I could do with grated chocolate;)
