Or rack of lamb. or....<br /><br />ha ha ha<br /><br />But yeah, that color is the real deal. Then you don't have to worry about it flaking off....<br /><br />however..<br /><br />... when you do grill fish that doesn't have the skin or (perhaps is a lighter fish like cod or orange roughy), use a grill basket!
